CEO - Paulina Bartnicka

Quirky, confident, and driven by a deep passion for celebrating life, Paulina Bartnicka has been a proud Tampa Bay resident since 2012, bringing her vibrant energy from her home state of Connecticut. With a knack for making connections, she has been nominated as Best Networker of Tampa Bay two years in a row, earning her the well-deserved title of Master Networker.


Paulina's journey began at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, where she graduated in 2010 and honed her skills in social media and brand-building. Her expertise caught the eye of Amici’s Catered Cuisine, where she stepped into the role of Marketing & PR Director in 2016. It was here that she discovered her love for planning events—throwing unforgettable parties and helping businesses thrive through curated experiences.


Paulina's business is more than just a career; it’s a heartfelt tribute to her late mother, whose legendary family parties left a lasting impression. With every event she plans, Paulina aims to recreate those magical moments that bring people together in laughter, joy, and connection.

When she’s not busy creating epic events, you’ll find Paulina sipping a great cup of coffee, exploring Europe with her husband, or adding a dash of her signature quirkiness to everything she does.

Alex Holzhauer 

Alex Holzhauer was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. As a third generation Holzhauer to the local area, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an outstanding cook! He played football and even coached at the school he graduated from, Countryside High School. Alex takes pride in his involvement in volunteering for local youth sports programs and is a great local ambassador to the community.


Alex has a professional background in sales and finance, having worked for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. He is a wealth of knowledge and is pivotal to our growth and success. Joining the Majesty Event Planners in 2018 has allowed for him to tap into his more creative side, revealing his true potential as a businessman!

Jamie Craven 

Jamie Craven is a Jersey girl at heart and moved to Tampa Bay in 2006. Married for 7 years, her husband and her have a 10 year old furball and just welcomed their son in December 2019. Jamie has a passion for cooking and baking, as well as cruising. She loves spending time by the water.


Graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing & Management, Jamie’s professional background consists of healthcare marketing and sales, as well as relationship building. She loves being able to help people reach their goals.

Event Planner & Assistant

Allison Mills

Allison Mills, a Tampa, Florida native, is a dynamic and passionate event planning professional with over three years of experience in the industry. As an ARA-certified expert, Allison’s enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences started early. She grew up helping her stepmom organize neighborhood gatherings, discovering her love for crafting beautiful, vibrant settings where people could come together over food, music, and laughter.


Allison’s creative journey has since blossomed on a global scale. She spent seven transformative months living in Milan, Italy, where she immersed herself in European culture, cuisine, art, and architecture. Her extensive travels across Europe deepened her appreciation for the art of design and hospitality, honing her eye for detail and inspiring her to elevate each event to a true work of art.


With a cheerful spirit and unwavering commitment to excellence, Allison brings a refined touch and personal warmth to every project. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, she approaches each event with a vision for beauty and a focus on creating unforgettable experiences. Allison believes that every gathering is an opportunity to create lasting memories, leaving guests with a sense of wonder and joy.

Certified Sandals Planner who has traveled to almost every country on earth! Sheryl can help you plan anything from the best corporate trip for your company or a destination wedding and everything in between. She has visited over 70 countries and knows how to plan a trip for all personality types. We are so lucky to have her on Team Majesty!
